Erin is a connector who is warm, approachable and relationship-focused in her approach to life and business.  Erin truly enjoys the process of getting to know people, their needs, making introductions and helping people integrate into their environments and communities! 

Prior to moving to Sarasota 3 years ago, Erin, a native Long Islander, spent 12 years in the city of Chicago. Her move to Florida was influenced after a visit to Sarasota. She was captivated by the tranquility of the Gulf Coast and vibrancy of what the city has to offer to young families and multigenerational residents. It did not take long before Erin and her family were SOLD by Sarasota’s crystal blue waters, abundance of cultural arts, school options, outdoor activities, extensive neighborhoods, golf clubs and marinas! 

Erin has two children with her husband Phil, who share her passions in being outdoors, boating, golfing and travel! She is currently very active in her children’s schools serving on several committees and is a parents association chairperson responsible for raising funds and building community among current and incoming Sarasota families! Prior to her career in real estate, Erin used her Master’s Degree to educate students in varying elementary grade levels for 18 years. She is also supporter of several charitable organizations specific to cancer research, a cause close to her heart, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC.

Erin’s primary goals for her clients are to provide a seamless transition with the sale or purchase of their home and a comfortable integration with new surroundings and community. Erin is thrilled to work with Sarasota’s Coldwell Banker team in its amazing downtown location!
